Terms of Service

By placing an order with By Keara, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders

All products are handmade with care. Custom orders are made specifically to your requirements and may take additional time to process.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery for standard (non-custom) items, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

3. Custom Orders

Items made to order or customised to your specifications are non-refundable. However, we offer exchanges for custom items if there are sizing or fitting concerns. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your custom order to arrange an exchange.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the nature of your order. By Keara is not responsible for delays caused by external carriers.

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
