All in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days of placing your order.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Please allow 7–14 working days for production, unless otherwise stated.
2. Delivery Estimates

UK Orders: 1–3 working days after dispatch (via Royal Mail or courier).

International Orders: 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on destination.
Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
3. Shipping Costs

4. Customs Duties & Import Fees

5. Tracking & Lost Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please first check with the courier. If unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
